We would like to take this opportunity to extend our warmest thanks to Rambo & Lady Bird for handling the sale of our multi-unit property located at the southwest corner of Highland and Lima in Sierra Madre, CA. After interviewing a number of other agents, we were left with the impression that they were more interested in low-balling our property value so that they could skate by with a quick sale and a fast commission. We then found Rambo and Lady Bird through the recommendation of Richard Norwood, our San Diego based real estate broker. Rambo and Lady Bird did thorough and precise research in preparation for handling our sale. Further, we received an excellent presentation package of what we could expect from their professional representation of our property. As a veteran real estate investor, I would be the first to admit that the property listed with Rambo and Lady Bird was a tough one. Just getting reasonable comps were nearly impossible in a location where $300,000 homes are located next door to $5 million dollar estates - and ours was a unique property with nothing nearby that was similar. But Rambo and Lady Bird dove into this with respect for our asking price. They not only listed at our price, they got it within three months of the list date during an "off market" - in fact, the price we got was $80,000 more than other realtors from high profile agencies said we ever had a hope of getting. Rambo and Lady Bird produced results through a combination of heavy marketing - newspaper and Internet ads (complete with a virtual tour); open houses; and great attention to detail and follow-up with all potential buyers. In addition, They communicated to us on a consistent basis, whether there was "news or not, to make sure that we knew what the status of our property sale was at all times-something that no other realtor had taken the time or consideration to do. We found them to be honest, straightforward, a great pleasure to work with, and always maintaining high standards and integrity.
